These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website bidm.in. The term “Tech Trick Web Developers “, “us”, or “we” refers to the website owner, whose registered office is at Hartron Advance Skill Center, Tikona Park, Model Town, Rohtak. By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with the following terms:

Payments

• All payments must be made in favor of Dayitwa Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd., either via online transfer, cheque, or credit card.

• Online Transfer Details:

• Cheques must be crossed “A/C Payee Only”. Kindly mention participant name, course details, invoice number, and contact number on the reverse side or attach a copy of the invoice.

• Registration will only be confirmed once the course fee has been received.

• All banking charges are to be borne by the participant.

• Fee once paid is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

Cancellations & Transfers

• Cancellations or transfers must be requested in writing to Dayitwa Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd.

• Failure to attend a course will result in forfeiture of fees.

• If payment is made by cheque or demand draft, it must be cleared at least 3 days before the course starts.

• Participants paying in installments must ensure the second installment is cleared within 20 days of course commencement, failing which the registration may be cancelled.

• Batch/Branch transfer fee: INR 3,000 + GST.

• Admission transfer fee: INR 5,000 + GST (candidature valid for 6 months).

• Dishonored cheques will incur a penalty of INR 500.

Course Guidelines

• Dayitwa Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to:

  • Change course dates, timings, and duration.

  • Modify course content at any time.

  • Conduct training only if sufficient participants are enrolled. In case of fewer participants, the batch may be merged or postponed.

• 30+ certifications are offered, strictly subject to exam clearance or course opted.

• Placement assistance is an optional add-on service, not a guaranteed offering. Work-from-home opportunities depend on placement partner requirements.

• Google exams must be taken either during the course or within 1 month of completion. Beyond this period, the institute is not responsible for conducting exams (charges may apply).

Rules & Responsibilities

• Participants must carry their own laptops. The institute does not provide laptops.

• Free internet access will be provided in classrooms for training purposes only. Misuse of the internet will result in a penalty of INR 500.

• Recording or photography during training sessions is strictly prohibited. Violations may lead to cancellation of registration.

• Live class recordings are not provided under any circumstances.

• Misbehavior, nuisance in class, or negative remarks about the institute on public platforms may result in termination of registration.

• Participants must provide authentic and accurate personal details. False or misleading information may lead to cancellation of admission.
