Payment Methods
BIDM – Baudhyantram Institute of Digital Marketing (a trademark of Tech Trick Web Developers) accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and select Debit Cards. In some cases, for certain products or services, you may be required to provide your credit or debit card details through approved payment gateways while completing your transaction. By doing so, you agree to provide accurate and valid details.

You must ensure that the card you use is lawfully owned by you. The details you provide will remain secure and will not be shared with third parties unless required for fraud prevention, legal compliance, or by court order. You are solely responsible for the confidentiality and security of your card information. Tech Trick Web Developers will not be held liable for any unauthorized use of your credit/debit card.

Who You Are Buying From
When you purchase a training seat, you are buying directly from BIDM (a trademark of Tech Trick Web Developers), which acts as the training provider. The transaction and payment collection will be handled by BIDM.

Order Confirmation
If you do not receive a confirmation (via confirmation page or email) after submitting your payment information, or if you encounter an error during the process, it is your responsibility to verify the status of your order. You may check your booking history or contact Customer Support. Tech Trick Web Developers will not be responsible for any loss if you assume an order was not placed simply because confirmation was not received.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Tech Trick Web Developers
Tech Trick Web Developers reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion. Reasons may include unavailability of a service, pricing inaccuracies, quantity limitations, or issues flagged by the credit/fraud prevention department. Additional verification or details may also be requested before confirming an order. You will be notified if your order or part of it has been cancelled or requires further action.

If your payment has already been charged and the order is later cancelled, the amount will be refunded to your credit card account. Please note that promo codes, once used, are non-refundable in case of cancellation.

Cancellation by the User
Users may request cancellations; however, Tech Trick Web Developers reserves the right to accept or reject such requests. Orders that have already been processed cannot be cancelled. The decision of Tech Trick Web Developers regarding whether an order has been processed will be final and binding.

Refund Policy

If a cancellation request is approved before the order has been processed, Tech Trick Web Developers will refund the full amount within a reasonable timeframe. However, in cases identified as “Bulk Orders,” refunds will not be issued for BIDM Cash or Promo Codes used during purchase.

An order may be treated as a Bulk Order under the following conditions (indicative but not exhaustive):

• Services purchased for resale rather than self-use.

• Multiple orders placed for the same service to the same address.

• Large quantities of the same service booked.

• Invalid or misleading information provided.

• Internal record discrepancies.

• Any fraudulent or unethical practices used to place the order.
